How to lose belly fat?

would it be ok if i did 100 situps a day and keep the same eating habits,i eat fried food sometimes and drink beer,so would doing the situps every day help lose belly fat?

  1. no because then you would only be adding muscle UNDER your belly fat making your stomach look bigger. You need to lose the stomach fat first. Try avoiding foods that store fat on your stomach like soy milk (i was sghocked when i found that out!)
