  1. The only way to lose fat on your face is to lose fat or weight overall.  But you might try drinking more water.  Sometimes retaining fluid can make your face look puffy and fat, and that often happens when you are not drinking enough water.

  4. If your younger and have not finished puberty, it might just be baby fat and it may go away when your older, but other than that, you can lose it by losing weight on your entire body.

  5. Assuming you're normal weight (i.e. not overweight), that's probably just the way the fat distributed itself on your face.  As you age, you'll slowly lose some of the fat . . . that's what contributes to making you look older over time . .. (no more cute, chubby cheeks  :)

    If you're overweight, then you'll have to go on a diet, and lose weight overall.  There are no exercises (even isometric exercises) that will help you lose fat from your face.
