  1. watch what you eat, drink plenty of water, and get moving(take a 30 minute walk 5 days a week) that should do it. Good luck.

  3. Eat healthy, exercise,cut down on soda, and drink plenty of water and if u think water is to plain put some of that cool-aid stuff in it.

    Cut your carbs to at least 1/2 of what you eat now (don't cut it out completely you need the energy)

    watch your food portions...as a woman you need between 1200 and 1500 calories per day in order to lose weight.

    You'll be amazed with the increase in water though - that alone makes a world of difference.

  5. my recomendation would be cut out white carbs/starchy foods. potatoes, fries, white bread, pasta etc.  drink plenty of water and do alot of cardio. walking, running, at home aerobics seems to work also. cut pop out completely. if u feel like u want summin drink juice with a low sugar content. eat chicken breast and veggies and alot of fruit. thats all i got
