How to lose love handles quickly but in a healthly way?

I'm not really fat but the whole "muffin top" thing is REALLY gross.

how does one lose the fat around the love handles quickly and effectively.

  1. Fat around the mid section is most commonly the cause of diet. Odds are you are eating meat and dairy, which is stored in that area of the body. It is your body that decides on how to store it. Beast way to get rid of it is to lower the meat and dairy intake or remove it completely like a vegan diet.

    that is a good place to find out about vegan lifestyle if you so choose to. Losing weight there is not going to be sudden or quick no matter what way you look at it. My friend went from last notch on his belt to the thinest in about 5 weeks of vegan diet, but he is a very large person. But in general as a vegan you will become thin.

    So in short, cut fat you consume from meat and dairy.


  2. There is no simple way to get rid of them. But if you practice, you will not think it is hard...the answer is really simple! Try running and swimming. These are the two best and most simple cardio workouts you can do. Run for as little as ten minutes per day...and swim for a half hour per day.

    Remember to improve your diet by incorporating lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from potato chips, french fries, fried food in general, don't eat TOO much ice cream, cake or cookies, big amounts of pasta, rice.

    Try drinking 3-5 cups of green tea EVERYDAY. This helped me lose at least 10 pounds.

    I understand you aren't fat overall, but you probably have excess fat...these steps should help you lose them. Just be patient for results...there is no super quick results. You should see results in 1-2 months.

    Of course don't LIMIT yourself. If you really want to eat something just eat it and move on. But be better at your choices. Sometimes we trick ourselves into being hunry when we want to.

  4. love handles are not made of fat the are muscles just the are short and compressed stretches help make the muscles in your love handles elongate just do some stretches where you can feel the pull in your side i would recommend you do that about 2-3 times a day for maybe five minutes if you want to get rid of them fast hope this helps

    Last summer when I was taking them, I went from being 240 lbs to 205 lbs in 3 months. I didn't follow the recommended diet, or else I would have lost the weight faster. I'm 5'9" myself.

    I stopped taking the pills when I went back to school, and I ballooned back up to 245 lbs - the most I've ever been.

    But I'm taking the pills again, and exercising, and the weight isn't coming off as easy as last summer, but I'm down to 230 lbs.
