Im 15 with 8.8 percent body fat and still have fat around my nipples

  1. Drink lots of water Have an intake of 1200calories a day do lots of running/walking stick with the plan No soda (If theres no choice A diet

    It will take a few months maybe but if you stick with it you will be sucesfull oh And do chess stuf pushup chet press etc.


  2. Do intervals (sprint for short distance then walk then repeat a few times) also do push up slowly 1 time then raise up your left arm in the air and let your right hand carry your weight. Go back to one more push up then raise your right arm in the air and lean your weight on your left arm (make sure only your hand and feet are on the ground) doing this several times every other day will help.

    Other things such as sit ups or jump rope also helps... All of these exercises will strengthen your man b***s and help tone it so it'll look smaller and more fit


  3. you`re 15 and going through puberty puffy nipples is very common with boys your age or you might have gynecomastia if it is puberty chances are it will go away all by itself  you can go to www.gynecomastia.org and check some facts out there  they have all kinds of information there.
