  3. Increase your water intake, exercise routinely and try yoga or meditation to learn to get more in tune with your body.  then you will learn to better control urges.

  4. the best way to lose your appetite is  self discipline.  keep busy yourself to avoid thinking for the food. eat when you feel hungry and don't eat too much. at the beginning it would be so so so hard for you to control.  after 1 week you would probably enjoy the result. i hope that you start now pls don't wait for tommorow.  

  5. If you want to lose weight eat soup and do not fall for lose weight quick gimmicks.  Learn to eat right.  do this for you and you alone

  6. drink plenty of fluids ,soups,juices
