  1. It is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.

In short you may need to start:

    1) Eating healthier, this means:

    Eat smaller meals

    Eat more meals a day

    Don’t starve yourself

    Eat more vegetables and fruit

    Drink more water

Less sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)

Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice

    2) Exercising:

Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they don't burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.

Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.

Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment - of the money you save on junk food for example =)

Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating.

  2. Well you don't have to starve yourself, but when i need to lose belly weight i lower the amount of calories i eat. Check the nutrition label before eating something and aim for foods that are lower in calories. And although you dislike excising it is the easiest way to lose that fat. You don't have to go to extremes just go for a quick run everyday or find a moderate exercise you enjoy like Pilate's for example. Juts think which do you dislike more, belly fat? or a little bit of exercise everyday. Trust me if you start exercising you will feel way better all the time.

  3. YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE EAT WELL OR calorie count. THATS IT!!! If you don't exercise of course your going to get belly fat!!! You don't have to starve yourself!!!

  4. I know how you feel, after 2 kids I also had belly fat. But diet and excercise is the only thing that helps.

  5. That's a tough combination.

How about decreasing the amounts that you eat gradually.  This really takes a bit of concentration and things to distract your mind from wanting to eat until you are full.

Going out to exercise can be a drag but it's hard to avoid.  RAther than driving to the grocery store, how about walking there and walking back home.

  6. You don't have to STARVE yourself, just eat healthy foods. The key to loosing belly fat is cardio, so your going to have to exercise! Weight loss pills and ridiculous diets don't work. Just eat healthy foods (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk,)....you should do cardio at least three times a week or so and pretty soon  your stomach will get a lot flatter. Ab exercises will only build muscle, not loose the already existing fat, so you  should do them if u want some muscle.

  7. work on your core muscles:

  8. You have to burn more than you eat.  That either means some exercise or some counting calories.

BTW, you can't just lose belly fat.  You lose fat, but your body decides where it will come from.  The only way to spot reduce is liposuction.
