How to lose some weight?

k well im 14 and im going back to school in a week. and i wanna look slimmer and not as heavy. only one problem. i hate running and working out and i dont have very good determination to do it. Any suggestions?

please help!!

  1. Get determined! The only way you will actually lose ''mass'' is by doing cardio-(running, walking for about 30 minutes a day.) But sense you have a week, if you just work out every night and don't eat sugar and cut down on your soft drink/sugary drink intake and replace it with water, you should drop a few pounds. But keep it up and you should be down to where you want to be in no time :)

    replace all your soft drinks and coffees with water!

    drink as much as you can each day and believe me you will notice a differance. in weight, in energy levels and even in the condition of your skin.

    however drinking water alone wont work.

    take up walking. cut out junk food and white bread. eat a good breakfast. eat fruit and as much veggies as you can stand.
