ok so i desperately want to lose 15lbs I'm 5'7 and weigh 123 and i feel huge i have a ton of fat rolls and i try not to eat but then i do and fel guilty iv tried everything i cant get the weight off please help

  1. Ok, I agree with last person that with the height and weight description you gave you do not seem over weight at all. Are you sure you do not have a distorted body image? Is someone telling you you are overweight? Maybe all you need is tone up. Don&#039;t worry so much about what you eat, think more about what you can do to strengthen your muscles. If you really feel like you are eating to much of the wrong things  then take a look at this program http://www.cinchplan.com/daydesigns My mother has over 30 years of Holistic Nutrition, this is a great program that she recommends.  Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with.

  3. If you work hard and stick to what you want to do, you can definitely lose a good amount of weight. There are many exercises you can do at home without having to even use any equipment! These are some easy exercises you can do in your room or something, haha.

    Stretching exercises. Stand with both of your hands against a wall and move your left leg back so that your foot is flat against the floor. Hold for a few seconds; then repeat this move with the right leg. Another great stretching exercise you can perform is to lie on your back, use both hands, bring up your right knee to your chest and hold it for a few seconds. Repeat this routine with your left leg.

    - Curl is very easy to do. Just lie on your back with both hands behind your head and raise your upper body. Repeat this move for 15-20 times.

    - Leg exercises can be done by lying down on your side and lifting each leg repeatedly for 15-20 times. You can also stand and hold on to the back of a chair and lift your legs backward repeatedly.

    - Arm exercises. This is important to improve muscle tone. For arm exercises, you can use an exercise band. Place both feet on one end of the band, hold the other ends with each hand and then repeatedly raise and lower the band (in an up and down motion for 10-15 minutes). If you have a pair of dumbbell, you can also use them to exercise your arms.

    - If you are working at home and sitting in front of your computer most of the time, try to press down on your toes in an up and down motion frequently. This activity will help to keep the blood circulation flowing in your legs.

    - If you know how to dance, put on a music CD and dance for about 20-30 minutes. This is a great cardiovascular workout. You can also incorporate push-ups, sit-ups and jumping rope into your daily home exercise routine.

    You can also do lunges, crunches, squats, and more at home...You can find a bunch of exercises to do at home on the internet and YouTube!

    As far as eating, I suggest you gradually try cutting down to 1,200 calories a day. Of course, eat healthy foods (in the right amount) like lean meats, protein, calcium, fruits, vegetables and EXERCISE along with that and you will lose weight. I tried a lot of things and a site that I love that has helped me the most is http://www.healthy-body-ingredients.com I use their appetite control and it works awesome. My mom uses stuff from there as well and has had great results

    Wow. We must have totally different body types. I&#039;m 5&#039;7, and if I weighed 123 lbs., I would look like a skeleton.
