  1. Two weeks won't cut it, sweetie. Years of eating wrong and not getting enough exercise got you into this, two weeks aren't going to get you out, unless you get a lipo :)

We all know the real solution. Lifestyle changes. Eat right and exercise. We all know what's healthy and what's not. I'd like to help you, but in two weeks, lipo is the best answer I can come up with.

  2. You can lose a few pounds in three weeks, but that doesn't mean it will be from your stomach.  When you lose weight you lose it from all over your body, and there is nothing you can do about that.

Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or your life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish.   Particularly if you choose a vegetarian lifestyle include natural peanut butter, hummus, dried fruit and nuts.  Pay close attention to getting the nutrients your body needs to be healthy.  Drink plenty of water, at least 8 big glasses a day, and more if it is very hot, it you sweat a lot, or if you are exercising intensely. You will begin to see changes in your body.

  3. Do sit ups everyday and eventually it will become a habit to you and it would be as tough as it was each day. Go to a local track and run as much as you can (don't over do it) and the next day run a little more, and so on..... Hopes this helps :)

  4. run 2 miles everyday and do sit ups.

  5. do situps, drink lots of water and always be active. And if your really desparete, get diet pills

  6. Run.  Do a lot of running.  Anything that makes your pulse go up to 120+ for an extended period of time will burn calories.  Imaka wrote a lot of good stuff.  She knows what she is talking about.

  7. Sit up just helps u get more muscles or abs...they dont help you lose any weight...running though may help but try to burn more calories than you eat and do little things to burn calories. For example, taking the stairs instead of elevator, etc.

  8. Eat less and exercise more. Reduce your calorie intake. Doing crunches or situps is useless until your stomach is flat, so don't even bother with that yet.
