Haha^^'' I'd been struggling to lose my weight to 52kg which I'm now hanging between 55.5 and 57kg for a year.
Since I'm going to visit Japan next year, I couldn't afford to show my layered tummy when I sit down and chunky thighs with shorts?!

Measurement: Chest 90, Waist 78, Hips 86
Routine: 1 hr yoga 3 times a week, badminton 2 hrs once a week
Weakness: sweet stuff but NOT OILY FRIED
Problem here: 1-2 layer of fats around waist, chunky thighs, bat wings and buffalo backs
