How to lose the d**n last 5kg?

Haha^^'' I'd been struggling to lose my weight to 52kg which I'm now hanging between 55.5 and 57kg for a year.

Since I'm going to visit Japan next year, I couldn't afford to show my layered tummy when I sit down and chunky thighs with shorts?!

and in a dress which makes me look 5kg fatter when I was 56kg

Height: 5 ft 5 or 1.65m

Weight: 56kg, 124 pounds

Measurement: Chest 90, Waist 78, Hips 86

Routine: 1 hr yoga 3 times a week, badminton 2 hrs once a week

Weakness: sweet stuff but NOT OILY FRIED

Problem here: 1-2 layer of fats around waist, chunky thighs, bat wings and buffalo backs

  2. Well it sounds like you're at a healthy weight. You also work out enough that you're gaining lean mass.

    However, if you feel your diet is no longer working, the best thing is to alternate heavily your daily caloric intake. If your average intake is 1500 calories, try eating 1000 one day and 2000 the other, that should "shake lose" the mechanism controlling fat burn.

  4. you sound like ur in good shape, so if u want to loose five ur going to have to convince ur self you want to loose 15 kg , so maybe u might loose the 5.
