  1. PLEASE DONT WORRY AND GIVE YOURSELF TIME!!!!!.....

I HAD A BABY 6MONTHS AGO, SHE ONLY WEIGHED 5LBS. BUT I GAINED 45....I HAVE ONLY LOST 10LBS. IN 6 MONTHS SO DO NOT FEEL BAD. DONT BE HARD ON YOURSELF, AND DONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT YET, YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOURSELF MUCH MORE TIME.!!!!

  2. I gained 50 pounds. I weighed 190 the day I delivered, 173 a few days later (I had a c-section, so they cleaned a bit out), and 155 a week after that (I spent most of the first two weeks in the hospital). Now, at 5 months PP, I'm at about 137. My appetite is pretty much gone, but I eat better and do a little exercise, but not much. I'm trying to get back to my pre-marriage weight (lol), but I still have about 10-15 pounds to go before that!

  3. I weighed about 120 when I got pregnant. 150 when I gave birth, so I gained about 30 pounds too. Now my son is almost 10 months old and I weigh about 115. I breastfeed. Best way to burn calories, ever. Also, I eat right and do simple exercises with my baby, like these:

  4. hey!!  congratulations!!  hope it all went well for you!!  okay, i gained 34 pounds during my pregnancy and dylan weight 6 lbs 13 oz.  (i was also 110 when i started)

after i came home from the hospital, i weighed myself and i was about 132, which means i lost 12 pounds.. just like you.  and seriously, nothing really changed too much (except my late night ice cream binges lol) and i was down to 120 in about a week and a half or so.  still 10 lbs more than my pre-pregnancy weight, but i stayed at 120 for a couple months.  now i range anywhere from 116-120 depending on the day.

basically.. just give yourself time!! you're definitely on the right track!!  if you want to really speed things up, you can do some light exercises while your baby is sleeping.. or start taking him on walks while the weather is nice.  but most importantly right now, RELAX.  you've done so much work making this baby and having him and taking care of him.. just chill for a little bit.  give yourself 6 weeks of relaxation!

and they say.. 9 months to put it on, 9 months to take it off. it's all about TIME. be patient, and enjoy the miracle that caused you the weight gain!!  i'd put on 100 pounds if it meant having a healthy happy baby :)

  5. i had twins a year ago i put on about 40 lbs maybe 50 by the time i had them. I stayed looking pregnant for about 3-4 weeks. You have to remember it's only been a week, you still have swelling and your body needs to heal and take time to get back into it's normal state. Once you are feeling back to your old self maybe in a couple weeks you can start by walking with your baby, and i breastfed which is an easy way to help! thats how i lost all my weight!! It's also hard ot watch what you eat cause your so tired an just need to eat anything...but don't worry about it right away give yourself time to feel yourself again, the time will come!  good luck :)
