How to lose the last 30lbs?

I have lost over 70lbs. The last year. I only have 30 more to lose now. I have tried so hard to lose the last 30. Any ideas on how to lose it!!

  3. i'd say if you are eating healthy, with plenty of fruits and vegetables regularly and beans for good protein and fiber then get plenty of cardiovascular exercise but also do some sprinting that will help with the plateaus you'll experience and make sure you are doing weight lifting of certain kinds to add some muscle which will help with tone of the body and change it up a little with different weight lifting exercises too and see how a varied workout would help. often, that can be what is needed to boost the rest of your weight loss.
