How to lose the slight gut?

I am 15 years old guy and I have been doing workouts for my shoulders, biceps, triceps, and chest but only now am I seeing the difference between my upper body and my stomach in which I have a slight gut, how can I get rid of it? all answers are appreciated thank you.

  1. Reduce your intake of carbohydrates late in the day.  This will encourage your body to use its own fat for fuel and release a little more hgh when you go to sleep.
