Question:

How to lose thigh and leg fat?

Ok the upper half of my body is nice and toned, but the lower half is just a mess. what foods and workouts should I take up to lose that fat. My goal is to fit in size 9 jeans. I'M currently at size 11.

  2. not to much bread or bad carbs.

    it sounds like all sugar and fat goes to your legs and butt.

    squats, leap frog jumps, lunges, and the weights at the gym meant for your butt and thighs really work.

    join a gym if you already arent.

    and have someone who works there help you with it.

    arobics is very good for your situiation.

    Try to eat around 1500 calories a day and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week.

    If you do everything right, you should lose 1-2 lbs a week
