  2. If you dont eat breakfast make sure you start now, people who eat breakfast are slimmer. You Should start with little things like changing white bread to brown and full fat milk to low fat.

    Eat your three meals a day and you will find you wont snack as often but if you want a snack eat fruit, but dont cut out chocoalte completely have it as a treat but not loads. Try to start excercising more each day ( around 30 mins ) up and down stairs in an easy way and walking instead of using the car. Good luck.

  5. I don't think you should try losing 3 stone, because that is about 40 pounds! Maybe focus on loosing about 1 and a half stone. Your not that overweight, just on the higher side of normal, or possibly the low side of overweight. Just eat right and exercise. Try watching Jillian Mckeeth's You are what you eat on BBC America. There's lots of helpful tips for weight loss.  You can do it, just start of with however much exercise you can take, and slowly build up to more of a workout plan.

  6. Eat three good meals a day without any snacking and never eat after 6pm.  Try running and swimming for maximum weight loss but if they are not for you then do whatever sport it is that you enjoy but the key is to keep active.
