How to lose weight? any advice?

right, i really need to lose some weight,

and i was wondering what the best way to lose 10 pounds quite quikcly, but not in an unhealthy way would be?

i havent actually been feeling as hungry as what i usually am lately, i dunno why, like i havent eaten anything during the day cos i havent felt hungry and then at dinner i can hardly eat any of it even though i havent eaten all day :S lol

anyway, yeah any advice?

  1. If you are under 18 you shouldn't be worrying about weight loss it's not healthy to be starving yourself while you are still growing.  You are hungry for a reason!!  Eat healthy, avoid fast food and drink less soda, but don't starve yourself, EAT.


  2. theres your problem right there-not eating. eat at least 3 balanced meals. if you eat something right away in the morning, even if its just a granola bar your body gets to work breaking that down. it speeds up your metabolism! Just look at what athletes eat during the day, very large meals because they are so active, and look at how thin those volleyballers are! so try your best to get in at least an hour of exercise a day and force yourself to eat small meals throughout the day. especially fruits and veggies.

    edit---please, whatever you do, dont go "wheat-free" theres nothing worse than depriving your body of basic nutrients. its not about cutting items out compeletly, its about moderation. take a look at the food pyramid, it wouldnt still exist if they were lying about needing wheat products. these products give us the glucose your body needs to preform and give you energy. if you cut this out, it will make you feel weak and tired and once you start eating more wheat, your body will begin to store all of it because it is so confused! bottom line-you NEED nutrients.
