right, i really need to lose some weight,
and i was wondering what the best way to lose 10 pounds quite quikcly, but not in an unhealthy way would be?
i havent actually been feeling as hungry as what i usually am lately, i dunno why, like i havent eaten anything during the day cos i havent felt hungry and then at dinner i can hardly eat any of it even though i havent eaten all day :S lol
anyway, yeah any advice?
