How to lose weight fast.?

I'm 5'10" and I weigh about 175. I want to get down to about 160, 155. I play basketball almost everyday but I don't seem to be losing any weight. What should I include in my diet to help me do this?

    Fifth: Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat. Although fish and chicken appear leaner than beef, this white meat can contain more fat than when a beef is fried. It is recommended for those on strict diet to opt for grilled food as this does not have or contain less amount of fat after the food is cooked.

    Sixth: Takes lots of fluid. Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated.

    All in all, discipline and consistency is still the best practice and the key to a rapid weight loss success. Light dieting, workout, and right amount of supplementation applied in a regular way everyday will result in faster weight loss than having a massive action only to be followed a return to old habits as this would only lead to gaining more weight than when the weight loss plan has started.

  2. I recently turned vegan and lost 10kgs in the first week :) ... now at a total of 25kgs in 2 months. It is impossible to be overweight if you are a healthy vegan (ie. don't just live off chips haha) because you are giving your body just what it needs, rather than the excess fat. Plus its better than any "diet" you will come across because you can remain healthy and get ALL the nutrients your body requires (yes it is a common myth that vegans are unhealty... most doctors are now recommending it), without all the nasty extras (ie. obesity, heart disease, diabetes, CANCER - all proven to be linked to eating animal products!!!). Plus its easier and cheaper than eating animals AND better for the environment :D

    If you wana lose it quick AND keep it off, go vegan!!

  4. dance and do yoga too to improve blood circulation...just stay away from all fastfoods,junkfoods,alcohol and sugary drinks...drink enough water
