How to lose weight i jus need that extra push ?

well when i was fat i was like 190 pounds but then my parent just got me losing weight i lost about 20-25 pounds and now i just need to know just give me that extra push I'm going play football for school i just need sum advice how to lose weight when i get home from school because really wanna lose weight and i just need help on what to do i don't eat as much what sorta things should i eat to be a healthier person...plzz answer

  1. well what i do is when ever i go down the stairs 10-20 knuckles push ups go up the stairs 10-20 sit ups or apartment when veer u enter a room kichten bedroom living room etc push ups or sits ups 10 at least to what ever and im doing that and im getinng ripped slowly

  3. Definitly cut down on sweets and fatty foods like meats and stuff. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!!! OH and exercise daily. That will make you fit AND help you shed those extra pounds
