HiI want to lose weight in 1 month. I'm currently 5"1 and 57.9kgs... I don't want to lose ALL the weight i need to in a month but I want to make a good start. Maybe 2kgs. Or more if possible. So is this a good plan?15 min's runs every day, trying to increase pace and spend longer runninghalf an hour to an hour or swimming every week10minute's sit-ups a daytrying not to snackDrinking only water except on Saturdays and Fridays where I will have 2 cokes on eachIs this a good plan and what would you add?THANKS :)
