Question:

How to lose weight in a month??

Hi

I want to lose weight in 1 month. I'm currently 5"1 and 57.9kgs... I don't want to lose ALL the weight i need to in a month but I want to make a good start. Maybe 2kgs. Or more if possible. So is this a good plan?

15 min's runs every day, trying to increase pace and spend longer running

half an hour to an hour or swimming every week

10minute's sit-ups a day

trying not to snack

Drinking only water except on Saturdays and Fridays where I will have 2 cokes on each

Is this a good plan and what would you add?

  1. I do this i run at the track for a hour.And if it don't workout for you then i do this eat first then do two more hours


  2. no that is not a good plan drink water eight time a day   only ten si ups that is really useless well if u want to be skinny by the time   ur 20 then that is good  eat four times a day but little portions   and biking is good and fun it feels nice  

  3. cut out snacking all together. I'm not european, i'm american so i have no idea what kgs means.

    First, don't buy ANY more junk food.

    Cut out pop AND junk food alltogether no matter what.

    If you want a variety of drinks, try flavored water.

    If you HAVE to drink pop, drink diet.

    Do lots of sit ups. i reccomend

    10 on monday

    15 on tuesday

    20 on wednesday

    and so on

    increase it by 5 every day

    try to eat lots of veggies---BUT NO DIP

    and you would enjoy sparkteens.com

    its god really cool stuff on there like after-school snacking ideas,

    movie theater snacks you should get that ARE healthy,

    and you can keep track of your daily excersize,

    and you can also have "the weekly spark" emailed to you,

    it gives you great health ideas including

    -excersizing

    -help getting to sleep

    -healthy food

    it's great, i thought it was stupid at first but i signed up and it's really cool.

    and one more thing.

    if i were you, i would not eat even the teeniest peice of candy/junk/cookies/c**p.

    it will leave you craving more.

    You may just think "what's a mini snicker's gonna do?"

    well, it'll do alot.

  4. That should help you lose weight

    but cut out pop no matter what

    i did, and i dont miss it at all.

    and you can drink skim milk, green tea on weekdays?

    eat around 1500 calories a day

    no cookies, chips, chocolate... exepect 1 day a week where you can eat a regluar 2000 give or take a few (thats what i do)
