i need to lose weight for school. and how should i lose weight FAST i mean really fast. thanks

  1. dont count on fast weight loss,workout eat in moderation 6 days a week.change your lifestyle for the better for good so that the weight doesnt come back!avoid fastfoods,junkfoods and sugary drinks.get active in dance,sports and martial arts.


  2. Slimquick! All it is, is a drink and it helps you loose weight in like 4-7 days!

  3. Count your calories. Only eat like 1200 calories a day and work up to 1500 after that. I lost about 8 or 9 pounds this way but it took about a month. This stuff takes time. Of course you could lose that much faster if you work out as well. Oh and don't worry if you slip up some days. It happens.  

  4. You should have worried about this at the start of summer. If you are going to lose a lot now in a short amount of time, it will not be good in the end.

    make sure you exercise foe at LEAST
