  2. i saw all the symbols and thought there was an emergency but any way try excersing drink plenty of water eat plenty of protiens and don't eat when your not hungary and try to stay active.

  3. * do cardio at least 1 hour a day of running or cycling

    * limit pastas and breads

    * avoid sugary foods it will spike your blood sugar and make you more hungry

    * eat lots of fiber it will make you full and has little calories

    * eat soup before meal it supposed to suppress the appetite a little

    * eat off of blue plates and blue table clothes and blue table mats and blue cups. all this blue will decrease your appetite.

    * avoid red plates and red table clothes or anything else red, red increases appetite

    * eat lots of smaller meals instead of larger meals

    * do not eat near bed time (leave at least 2 hours) as the calories tend to stick with you as fat because you will be less active to burn them off at that hour

    * do your cardio as soon as you wake up and before breakfast, cardio is most effective in burning fat and speeding metabolism when it is done first thing in the morning when you wake up

    * drink lots of water, minimum at least half your body weight in ounces per day

    * eat 500 less calories a day than what is needed to maintain your current body weight. this will result in 1 pound of lost fat per week. you do not want to loose more than 2 pounds per week as it is not healthy.

    * join a weight loss support group such as weight watchers

    * track your calories. keep a diet diary of all the foods you eat each day. it is easy to eat and loose track of how much food you eat in a day. you can use either http://www.fitday.com (free) or http://www.dietpower.com (free trial) to track your calories. I like DietPower the best. It is absolutely crucial for you to track calories so that you can monitor them to know that you are eating less than what is required to maintain your weight.
