I am kind of chubby and when i am bored i always like to eat.. i've tried not eating but its really good, i'm not a fat *** so idk, please if you have something that has worked for you tell me please!

  3. eat 5 small healthy meals a day...dont do any stupid diets because the weight will come back after you get off it...change your lifestyle for good. do cardio and toning exercises in moderation 5 days a week...2 cheat meals a week is ok...drink enough water...you are better off going for a run or dancing your time away when you feel bored...DONT turn to food when you are bored!
