  1. Are you trying to specifically avoid jogging, or exercise in general? I you don't want to diet or exercise, the only way of I know to lose weight is diet medications or fat burners, which can cause health problems in certain people.

You could also try to increase your consumption of water, which will help you to burn more calories while at rest, curb appetite and give a very slight boost to your metabolism.

I would recommend doing some type of exercise routine, even if it's just light weights or walking/biking around your neighborhood to help boost your metabolism before I would tell you to use fat burners.

As far as a diet goes, perhaps you can just try to make better choices, rather than reducing your overall intake of food. You can still feel full after a home cooked meal of lean meat and veggies - just as if you ate a big plate of food at a restaurant. However you consume considerably less fat, oils, and cholesterol. When I think of "dieting", I think of reducing your intake of food so that you're always hungry. You can feel just as full and energized while also making better low fat choices. Good Luck!

  2. eat healthier foods, get your daily amount of fruits, vegetables, and vitamins.

you can do some simple exercises at home.. like push-ups or sit ups. jumping jacks.. etc.

    and drink lots of water!

    good luck

    running is good too though..
