How to lose weight?(15 year old)

Hey...

I'm 15 year old boy want to lose weight ...

Actually I just want to start losing weight...I need some help and anything...to help me to lose weight...

I was on my normal healthy weight till i moved to Canada. I was 10 year old.

Now I'm 1 meters and about 80 cm with ~ 86 kg weight.

So, I'll be glad if anyone can help me?

  1. Run and eat what you want, just not a lot.  


  2. get off the computer and start getting some exercise with your friend by getting involved in some sports and activities that help you sweat.  Get active and you will see the weight fall off and a lean body show up on the other side.  Ride your bike for 30 minutes, 2 times a day every day.

    Last year I decided I needed to do something about my weight; in 3 weeks I lost 11.5kg. . .I was happy with myself.

    Now i'm not suggesting your result will be that drastic, or as quick. . .but I would suggest, at least a 20 minute walk a day. . .and cut down on Coke and other fizzy drinks. . .minimize your sugar intake and you should start noticing your weight decreasing a little.

    Good luck with it. . .and stick to it!  Not giving up is the key!
