DROPPING GAS PRICES

Dropping the Gas Prices

This is not the ‘don’t buy’ gas for one day, but it will show you how we can get gas back down 1.30 per gallon.

This was sent by a retired Coca Cola executive. It came from one of his engineer buddies who retired from Halliburton. If you are tire of the gas prices going up AND they WILL continue to increase by this summer, take time to read this.

Phillip Hollsworth offered this idea.

This makes MUCH MORE sense than the “don’t by gas on a certain day” campaign that was going around last April or May. It’s worth your consideration. JOIN THE RESISTANCE!!!!!

I hear we are going to hit up to $4 dollars per gallon by next summer, and it might go even higher. Want gasoline prices to come down?

We need to take some intelligent, united action. The oil companies just laughed at that because they know we wouldn’t continue to “hurt” ourselves by refusing to buy gas.

It was a more of an inconvenience to us than it was a problem for them. BUT, whoever thought of this idea has come up with a plan that can really work. Please read on and join with us!!!!

By now your probably thinking gasoline priced at about $2.00 per gallon is cheap. Me too! It is currently $3.19 for regular unleaded in my town.

Now that the oil companies and OPEC nations have conditioned us to think that the cost of a gallon of gas is CHEAP at $1.50 - $1.75, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that the BUYERS CONTROL the marketplace…not the sellers.

With the price of gasoline going up more each day, we consumers need to take action!!

The only way we are going to see the gas prices drop is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not purchasing their gas! And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.

But how, is the real question. Since we all rely on our cars, we cant just stop buying gas.

But what we can do, is have an impact on gas prices if we all act together to force a price war.

Here’s the idea: for the rest of this year, DON’T purchase ANY gasoline for the two biggest companies (which are now one), EXXON and MOBIL.

If they are not selling any gas, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce their prices, the other companies will have to follow their suit.

But, to have an impact, we need to reach 1 literally millions of EXXON and MOBIL gas buyers. It’s really simple to do! Now, don’t wimp out on me at this point…keep on reading, and I’ll explain how simple it is to reach millions of people!

I am sending this note to 30 people. If each of us send it to ten more people (30 x 10=300!) …and those 300 people send it too at least ten more people

(300 x 10= 3,000!)….and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth group of people; we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers.

If those million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30 million people will have been contacted!

If it goes one level further, you guessed it….THREE MILLION PEOPLE!!!!

And all you have to do is send it ten people.

All in all, acting together we can make a difference!!

(Pass it on! I suggest that we not buy from Exxon/Mobil until they LOWER THEIR PRICES TO THE $2.00 dollar RANGE AND KEEP IT THAT WAY! This could really work!!!!)

End.

  1. Right..........2 Points!

  2. We are fighting the gas companies as we speak!!! people are jumping on the band wagon and people had enough of it.

There is a new car system that converts your car to run

on Water or Gasoline and Triple your Mileage. It's called HHO.

I recently bought the easy step by step guide to set it up,and got the supplies and it only cost my under 200 bucks. It's been 3 weeks i am spending about 60% less on gas. Here is the website to check it out if you want.

  3. Do you realize that Exxon and Mobile both have to pay the same price for a barrell of oil?  It is the cost of that barrel of oil that dictates the most to the price of gas.  If you want the prices to go down, you need to lower the price of a barrel of oil, however, that is not very likely.  The company cannot lower its gas price to the point to where it is losing money.  As it is, some gas stations are losing money on people who make their purchases with credit cards and not come inside to buy anything.

All of these do not buy schemes are looney.

  4. I wish

  5. You have no concept of world markets.  60% of our oil is imported.  That means we buy it.  If we won't pay $110 per barrel for crude oil ($2.62/gallon), then the Chinese will.  Fuel will never, ever be $2/gallon again.

If you don't buy at the Exxon station, but you buy at Shell or Chevron, then you're only shifting demand and Shell and Chevron will land up exchanging fuel with or just buying fuel from Exxon.  The fuel industry does this every day.  For that matter, it's entirely possible that the station you buy your fuel from, even though it's not Exxon or Mobil, is being supplied regularly from and Exxon terminal.  I manage inventories for Shell and can tell you we do it all the time.  You install an injector system at the loading rack and you can use any gasoline, since the difference is the additive.

The ONLY way to drop prices is to reduce GLOBAL demand for oil.  If we reduce demand as a nation, but other nations continue to increase demand, then overall demand has only geographically shifted and we've gained nothing.  The only way to ensure a  global decrease in consumption is to either reduce production of crude or use it all up.

  6. Dream on pal, this never works.

  7. Hate to tell you but that won't work, the oil companies are all in it together. If you wan't to make somewhat of a difference againt Venezuela then don't buy Citgo, thats about the most you can do.
