How to maintain peace and harmony in life when things are going against you??

  2. What peace and harmony? Just bounce back agressively in a designed manner with a final goal in mind. You will keep on achieving intermittent mile stones. At first mile stone itself you will find the things start coming towards you. Just go ahead! Smetimes blindly too!

  3. Maintain your composure when you are faced with circumstances that are seemingly slightly out of harmony. Remember you are in control of your moments. What you do in those moments will either contribute to the harmony you wish or distract from it.

  4. i find it impossible , i get aggressive very quickly which im aware is not the correct way but i no of no other methods right now.

  5. you might have to be more specific about what's bothering you.

    Usually, I find that exercise and especially team sports with friends relaxes me by erasing all the stressful thoughts in my mind and just concentrating on having fun. Afterward, the problems don't seem as bad.

    For the more hardcore, try meditation, I think there's some good guides online about how to do it.  

  6. Hi! Believe me or not, but there are millions of ways of life you can choose. Just ignore the bad things and jump to the way you feel good and that's it.

    Don't give any chance to sad things to stay "inside" you.  

  7. People will tell you "Take a Break" .....but to my experience i will tell you dont take a break from what stress you, rather try to solve the issue in different route.
