Have a garage sale. You probably have lots of old toys, games and clothes lying around from when you were younger. Get them out, clean them up, stick a price tag on them, and your ready to go. Plan it for a weekend. Don't put ads in papers. That just costs money. Instead, make lots of signs and put them on all the nearby street corners. During the week you can mow lawns, babysit etc. Ask all of your relatives if they have any work you could do for money. Also, ask neighbors that your parents trust. If you can't quite get all the money in time, ask to borrow some from your parents or grandparents. If you do, be sure to keep on working to pay them back.

It's difficult - because in most places you can't legally hold a job or anything. Ways that you could earn money:

-Babysitting

-Yardwork

-Make something and see if a local store will sell them

-Pet sitting/walking

-See if your parents/siblings/friends will pay you to do their chores you don't usually do

Non-work things:

-Depending on why you want it, people may be willing to give you money. For example, if you want to buy a plane ticket to see your best friend who moved away, people will probably want to help you. Tell people you are saving up money.

-Milk relatives for money, especially the ones that often give you stuff. Play up anything good you've done (good grades, birthday coming up, end of school year coming up, charity work) so they think you deserve it! ;)
