How to make Banh Xeo crispy and crispy?

Hi,

The ingredient I use for banh xeo are rice flour, egg, milk and

saffron powder but it came out soft, what else should be added to make it crunchy and crispy, Thanks

  2. actually, you can try what my mom does. she just add a can or half a can of beer to her flour mix and it become "crunchy"
