use small 1 kilo chickens,

butterfly the chickens

prepare a marinade of salt, peper. loads of crushed garlic, a lot of lemon, cider viniger, and loads of olive oil.

add over the chickens to soak them and leave over night.

then BBQ over open fire for about 15 mins on each side, remember to use the left over marinad to baste the chickens as they are being BBQed.

enjoy... im having that for lunch tomorrow.... simple difference is that i add summak to the mixture!!
