How to make Macchiato and Mocha professionally?

i got an industrial coffee machine and learned how to make espresso and foamed milk. just need to know how to make Macchiato and Mocha professionally.

mocha for an 8oz cup

add about 3tbsp chocolate syrup to your cup

(steam your milk before pulling a shot of espresso)

add a shot of espresso

fill cup with steamed milk to 1/4 inch below the rim

add whipped cream and chocolate drizzle

caramel macchiato

add 3tbsp vanilla syrup to your cup

(make milk little foamy ,really fine foam so caramel drizzle will not sink in)

add steamed milk 1/4 inch below the rim

spoon some of the foam and put on top of milk

pour freshly pulled espresso shot in

make double cross hatched caramel drizzle on top.
