How to make Starbucks Iced Latte and Vanilla Iced Latte?

If anyone can tell me please the exact right steps in making Starbucks iced latte.

Does cold milk goes first, then ice, then espresso shots? OR

Shots first, then cold milk, then ice?

syrup. 3 pumps for tall, 4 for grande and 6 for venti

shots. 1 shot for tall, 2 shots for grande, 3 shots for venti

milk.

Syrup - Espresso - Milk - Ice

How much of each you put in depends on how big of a drink you make and your own taste preferences.  We have recipes that we follow based on our cup sizes, but if you're making it in your own cups w/ your own espresso machine at home, you can experiment.
