how to make Hard-subtitles ???? I got .srt but how to make hard-subb......any software ??

You can use a pixelated modulator that converts the .srt file into a .bin file which you may or may not want to use WinRAR on. If you use WinRAR and compress the .bin it will make the subtitle file compressed and the not hesitate on displaying.

Whenever you use the .srt file you just need to upconvert the video feed so that the audio is in sync and that your .srt file is in sync with the video.
