Vinegar is the all-purpose cleaner of the galaxy.  Otherwise,  use hydrogen peroxide (which will break down to water an oxygen).

This one is so-o-o simple - all you need is some white vinegar in the economy size bottle - pour in about a half cup and brush the loo thoroughly - it will come up lovely and clean and the vinegar also neutralises any smells. You can put it into an empty toilet cleaner bottle if you wish to squirt up under the rim
