How to make White Jelly...?

Mates having a party and has a theme and White is one of the colours, she wants to make White Jelly, does anyone know or can find a Recipie for me? i know there is White food colouring but i need to know if any of the stores Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys do it and roughly the price, Also Clear jelly is just a box of Gelatine is that right?
