Honestly, I think the BEST way is to go to a Jamaican store and BUY one and warm it up in an oven.

I there are only 4 businesses in jamaica that make good patties. They each guard their own recipes. Its not something that you can just read a recipe book and accurately recreate.

You can be Jamaican or a Canadian or WHATEVER! Bu the best patties are MADE in Jamaica by THE BEST JAMAICANS, then sent to the WORLD to be warmed up in a MICROWAVE!

Dosnt matter how good you make it....it can be as good as how they make it in jamaica.
