How to make a birthday photo invitation?

For my daughters first birthday I'm doing a Care Bears theme. This is the first time i've ever had to plan a party and I told my husbands and my family that I want to do it on my own so please pray for me lol. I want to make her party invitations with a photo on it. Now i've seen where you can order this on ebay where you pay around $25.00 for there time to make it then they e-mail it too you and you take it to wal-greens, walmart or whatever to have it copied. I have my doubts that these stores won't be able to copy it. Is there a honset website anyone has used that could do this. Or if anyone out there has anything that could help me out. For people who care about points I will give the best answer to the first person that can help me out. I only have today to get this done cause I took my last Vacation day from work. I want the have a care bear in the background of the invite.

I have a friend who does exactly this, and she charges about 20-25.. i dont remember.  i met her through ebay when i had her do a thank you card for my wedding.

go to her website, meredithrowlen.com and look for her email address and then email her.  you will just send the pics and she will design it however you want and you send it to walmart for about 12 cents a picture.

I don't see that Wal-Mart.com has the Care Bear theme but I have used them for invitations and announcements before and I love how they turn out! Thought I would share so you could look through them too.
