I want to know how to make a boxfort (card board) water proof so it can withstand the rain and not get wet?

  1. Get long sheets of thin plastic and staple it right on there, its crude but it works well, but you have to get the sheets wide enough and long enough from a special reseller.

    Tarps are always the first thing that comes to mind when you need cardboard safe from rain, but tarps are hard to put on cardboard, and the fact that 1 wrong wind and the box fort comes tumbling down while whatever box attached to the tarp, gets dragged into the sky.

    if none of that works, you could just try A LOT of tape, but you have to get waterproof tape, and tape up every nook and cranny there is otherwise it will fail.
