How to make a campsite in your house?

because I have never been camping and we dont have a backyard and I want to make a tent and I want this night to be the best and I am only 10 years old

Do you have a family room with a fire place?  If so see if your parents will let you clear it out to set up a tent.  If you don't have a sleeping bag, don't worry about it, just use blankets.  Keep all the lights off in the house, or the area of the house you're in and just use a flash light to see.  If your parents will let you (they should probably help with this) you can "cook" in the fire place.  You can buy poles at Walmart for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows in your "fire."
