How to make a cheap call?

Question

I m wondering if anyone knows about international calling for cheap rates..My sister set it up.But she s not around anymore.

She was paying about £3.50 a month to toucan and that gave her a chance to make international calls (with an international phone card) without her having her extra minutes taken out of her card.

Before when i used the service.. i got 1000 minutes using the card to call internationally. Now i get about 120 mins without it.

Costing me about £15 extra at the end of the month.

Does anyone know much about it??

i use the landline phone.. but cos its bt.. takes my mins from the card...

Call from a neighbour's phone but  tell them you are phoning for a cab. No don't, that would be nasty & dishonest, only a little joke, sorry can' t give you a helpful answer .Hope someone can.

If you have sky tv. Take out sky talk package. It allows you unlimited calls to four international numbers for only £5 per month. Also unlimited calls 24 hours a day for uk. Mobiles are charged 20% less than BT i think. You need to keep your BT land line though which costs £10.50 a month.

there are various internet phone services available, and there are also a couple of calling plans on bt for the land line. best one may be international freedom, costs £5 a month with calls up to an hour to 36 countries f.o.c. and cheap rates for any other route.
