How to make a circuit for a robot cat? *Will take lots of answers*

I am trying to make a robot cat. How am I going to be able to get the joints to move so that that walk like a cat. My goal is to create a realistic cat robot prototype but, will work. The main question of mine is, how do I make a circuit and switch (switch will probably be on belly)? What equipment will I need (sturdy to stand on it's on, but lightweight)?

you need an engineering degree to be able to do it !

you didnt mention if you go to school or not and what grade / year ?

This is a lot of work that would take a graduate engineer, and a machine shop and lots of money and lots of time.

Having a robot walk involves a lot of balancing and probably a computer just for that part.
