How to make a disc with pictures and Videos into a blank Disc?

Ok so i have a Disc with loads of my Year 8 memories but i want to delete all the pictures and the videos and make it a blank disc, can you plz give me step to step on how to do it

If the disk is a CDR or DVD-R+/- disk you cannot erase it.

In order to erase a disk it must be a CDR-RW or DVD-RW type.

Assuming it is a CDR-RW or DVD-RW simple go to my computer and right click the drive with the disk and scroll down to erase disk.
