How to make a game/ website?

ok. i want to make a really good game. i know that there are many ways to make them but i want this one to be a high graphics one. i kinda need a free software system or something i think? i never did this before so i dont really know what i need to look for. i need some info about this and instructions. needs to be free. hope you can help me!

If you don't know anything about game programming or making a game in flash with action script then you are going to be lost.  Free isn't going to happen you need programming knowledge.
