How to make a good country without corruption?

Every people wanted their country will be a better country each year. And we can proud of our country if we can make it better.

How we can do it?

eliminate humans from the country. No people no corruption and definitely the place will take care of its own.

Where there is human there is struggle for power and where there is struggle for power there will be unrest and corruption when humans are involved. Lions and dogs too struggle for dominance but they are not corrupt.

Well, we are human, so you would have to make a new species of humans that never made a bad choice, lied, or any other vices that would lead to corruption.

First of all, eliminate all the African countries.  Secondly, eliminate those countries in the Mideast.  Thirdly, get rid of all the socialist countries in Europe.  Next, get rid of India, China and Indonesia.  Then, eliminate every country in Central and South America.  Finally, junk Canada.  Now, let's see.  That should leave you with good countries without corruption.

People who wind up in powerful positions often become corrupt especially when nobody is holding them accountable.  Most people don't even know who their representatives are let alone have enough involvement to keep tabs on them.  I really believe that we all have to show much more interest and demand accountability.
