  2. **photo's cannot be public. only members can see them. for messages (archives)

    management- under group settings click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit) <-- click edit- first area has 5 columns- 1st should say members, scroll to lower Archive Options and select Members- click save changes

    management- web tools- web tools (edit) <-- click the edit- Links and Calendar can be set to public (anyone) select members- click save changes***
