How to make a guitar hero like game in flash mx ?

I recently started to use flash mx and it would be very help full if some would could give me links on the basics of flash mx and how to make a game like guitar hero.

Just to let you know that Flash is not very reliable for this kind of game.

You gonna have a hard time for the graphic/sound synch..
