  1. I'm not highly experienced in this area but I have some basic knowledge.

If you are happy with a basic rectangular shape then this will be easy. I would then recommend going to a local DIY store like B&Q and getting some MDF cut to size.

You will then need a piece of foam cut to the same size. There are specialist places for this but you may be able to get it from high street stores too like C&H Fabrics.

Then it is a mater of buying or borrowing a stapler and finding a flat surface.

Lie down you fabric, perfectly flat and put you foam then MDF on top. Pull the fabric tight and staple into place. Start with the centre piece of each side then continue round, checking regularly that you are keeping the fabric straight and tight.

Hope this is of some help to you!

  2. The easiest way to make a Head bored is to ignore it and the person underneath it? Yeah? Get it?

  3. The hardest part is getting the wood in your car and home! Otherwise its really easy! Buy the cheapest wood you can get like MDF or plywood which is lighter, a good staple gun (and lots of refills for it) with staples that are extra thick. A good staple gun will fit multiple different types of staples.

You can either put the fabric directly over the wood or add a padding first. If you want a padding buy foam or cotton filler from a big craft store (in our area Michaels is a chain that has it) otherwise sewing supply stores have it. I suggest foam for a more even spread and shape. And its just easier to do.

You can either attach it to your bed or the wall. Prepare the attachment on the wood before putting your fabric on.

When stapling the fabric on Do 2 staples then pull it tight and do 2 staples on the opposite side. Continue like this all around the wood. 2 staples pull and 2 staples on the opposite side. This will make it more even.
