  1. These sites will get you started. You may choose to build your own equipment or purchase it/them from a home brew supplier. Either way enjoy the process and relax, don't worry, and have a home brew.

  2. Start with a book like Papazian's masterpiece, The New Complete Guide to Home Brewing. That will explain what you need. Once you get past page 42, Go to http://byo.com and click on "Reader Resources" That will give you links to catalogs. Find the best deal, place your order, and try a batch. If you think you need help, buy the ingredients for your second batch from a local homebrew shop. The price will be comparable but the supplies will come with good advice as a freebie.

  3. I'm assuming that you are of age to do this. You can purchase a wine kit online and that is the fastest way. You will need a lot of sugar. You just combine the ingredients and bottle it up and wait.

For beer, you have to do some more work. Again, get an online kit to guide you and then you will need bottles and containers to mix and cook your beer in.

For real booze, in the U.S. you would have to go through legal work to set that up, which would be making a distillery. For MOONshine <laughing> you would have to get hooked up with someone in the backwoods, and making it is illegal, at least in the U.S.
