I have the plans for one of these it is made by shaped ply wood sheet that is sewn together then covered all over with fibre glass I have seen a finished product and it went well except the makers mate put his jacket on the front and when they reved the robin petrol motor the jacket was sucked into the carbon fibre fan and it cost heaps to replace everything so go to google and type in what you want or maybe if you ask I could Email you and dig out the plans  Im in Au His mother sewed the skirt from vynal sheet and done a good job My plans have all the details frokm start to finish ~~
