How to make a knife boot like in Dark Knight, Blade and Trigun.

I was wondering if anyone knew how, or where to learn to make a hidden knife in your shoe like Joker, The chick from Blade three, and vash the stampede. Yes i know, they are illegal, no i dont plan on stabbing people. I want to learn this for the learning factor.

first u need to get something thick like plastic and heat the boot until the plastic melts on to it and is smooth and even then make a hole threw the shoe and after u put the hole input a spring that is very hard to flatten when u wear the shoe tie a string on the springthen put it threw ur pants and up to ur shirt collor then put the knife in open in the holethen heat a very thin piece of black or any color thin plastic that matches ur boots on the tip of the boots and the string that is gonna be by the collor put a nut or anything like that on the the string and volla there it is once u pull off the nut or anything like that the knife should shoot out the boot and threw the the thin plastic
